Situated in the centre of the village, Torpenhow Village Hall is a large modern building providing a social centre for the area.  We run regular social events and many groups hire the hall for their activities including, amongst others, local bands, exercise classes, Brownies and a local craft group.

The Hall is centrally located within the Allerdale district conveniently covering the Carlisle, Whitehaven and Penrith areas. It has a capacity of 120 people. with catering facilities, a fully licensed bar, a stage and offers excellent acoustics. 
The Hall is available for hire at reasonable rates for meetings, parties, wedding receptions, family functions and social or corporate events.
